Partnerships Lead (BCP)

We're hiring a Partnerships Lead to onboard independent estate-agency branches across Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole. You'll be our boots on the ground, building relationships with local agents and getting them signed up to our platform.
What You'll Do
- Contact local estate-agency owners and decision-makers
- Book and attend meetings to explain the Logica service
- Get agencies signed up to our Founder Agent programme
- Help agents set up their Logica feed URL and get their listings live
What We're Looking For
- Recent estate-agency sales experience (ideally within the last 2 years)
- Confident and comfortable talking to agency owners and principals
- Strong phone manner and ability to open doors
- Basic understanding of how property portals work (Rightmove, Zoopla, etc.)
- Genuinely interested in property and digital-asset buyers
Hours & Pay
- Hours: ~2 days per week (16 hours)
- Salary: £16,000 part-time (equivalent to £40,000 full-time)
- Travel: Expenses covered for off-site meetings
Commission
£1 per live sales property from every estate agent you onboard.
Typical agent has 150-600 sales properties. Commission paid monthly for as long as the agent remains active.
Progression
This is a 1-month initial contract with the potential to convert to a permanent role based on performance. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
