Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about using Logica Properties.
General
What is Logica Properties?
A property marketing platform that connects UK estate agents with buyers who hold digital assets. We are a visibility platform only. All transactions settle in GBP.
Does Logica handle any funds?
No. Logica never touches funds. We are a visibility platform only. Digital asset conversions are handled by FCA-regulated partners. Conveyancing is handled by solicitors. We simply connect buyers with agents.
Is this only for international buyers?
No. Logica reaches digital-asset buyers in the UK and overseas. Many digital-asset holders are UK-based.
When does Logica launch?
We are onboarding agents now. You can register your agency and connect your property feed immediately.
For Estate Agents
Do estate agents handle crypto?
No. Agents never touch digital assets. Agents receive GBP only. The buyer converts their digital assets before completion through FCA-regulated partners.
What changes for estate agents?
Nothing. Same workflow. Same fees. Same conveyancers. Logica is just an additional marketing channel. You receive enquiries and complete sales in GBP, exactly as you do now.
Is there any risk to agents?
No. Zero crypto exposure. Agents never touch digital assets. All compliance is handled by solicitors and FCA-regulated partners. You receive GBP funds, as with any cash buyer.
Does this change AML checks?
No. All AML is handled by solicitors and FCA-regulated partners. Standard process. Nothing changes for agents.
How much does it cost for agents?
£49/month. No commission on your sales, no hidden fees. Cancel anytime from your dashboard.
Is the feed setup complicated?
No. It’s a one-time activation and we guide you step-by-step. Some CRMs require the feed to be enabled or activated – this is a standard process that usually takes minutes. Some CRMs may charge to enable additional data feeds – please check with your CRM provider before setup if pricing is a concern.
How do I list my properties?
Register your agency and connect your property feed. We guide you through a one-time setup to link your existing BLM or XML feed to Logica. Once connected, listings sync automatically.
Does this replace Rightmove or Zoopla?
No. Logica is additional exposure to a new buyer segment. Your existing portal listings are unaffected. Think of it as extra reach, not a replacement.
Will Logica integrate directly with my CRM?
Direct CRM integrations (tick-box setup like Rightmove) are planned as Logica becomes a registered portal partner with major CRM providers. Today, we connect via your existing property feed with guided setup.
Do I need to understand crypto?
No. Agents market property as usual. Transactions can complete in GBP. You never handle digital assets at any point.
For Buyers
What digital assets are supported?
Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDC, and USDT. Other major digital assets may be accepted depending on the conversion partner.
How does the conversion process work?
Once your offer is accepted, you work with an FCA-regulated partner to convert your digital assets to GBP. The funds go to the solicitor. Conveyancing proceeds as normal.
Who sees my digital asset history?
Only the conversion partner and solicitor handling your transaction. Estate agents and sellers see the final GBP transaction only.
Can international buyers use the platform?
Yes. We serve UK and international buyers. Compliance procedures apply based on your jurisdiction.
