Register your agency and request feed setup. Our team connects your existing BLM or XML property feed to Logica – no technical work required. Listings sync automatically once connected.

Buyers contact you directly via phone, email, or the enquiry form. You handle the relationship and transaction exactly as you would with any other buyer.

Complete as Normal

The buyer's solicitor handles conveyancing. You and the seller receive GBP at completion, exactly as with any cash buyer. You retain your full commission.

Convert Digital Assets to GBP

Buyers are introduced to FCA-regulated conversion partners who convert digital assets to GBP before completion. The conversion partner provides full source-of-funds documentation, including verified identity, asset origin records, and conversion transaction details – everything a solicitor needs to complete standard AML checks.

Complete via Standard UK Conveyancing

Buyers work with their chosen solicitor, or one familiar with digital-origin funds. The solicitor conducts AML/KYC checks using the provided documentation. Completion is identical to any cash purchase, with GBP paid to the seller.

Logica helps coordinate introductions and documentation so transactions proceed without unnecessary delays.

Buyer verification is conducted by the buyer's solicitor and the FCA-regulated conversion partner – the same regulated professionals who handle verification in any high-value property transaction. Logica never touches buyer funds and is not involved in the financial transaction.

  • All compliance is handled by regulated parties. Solicitors conduct AML/KYC checks as required by law. Digital asset conversion is handled by FCA-registered firms, with appropriate source-of-funds documentation provided.
